Simone began private practice in 1997 and works with diverse client group. Simone generally works with adults, adolescents and people who experience disability.
Simone is a registered psychologist with agencies including: Medicare, Workcover, Traffic Accident Commission, various Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), Victims of Crimes and people who have experienced trauma.
Simone has extensive experience in preparation of psychological evaluations, reports and assessments.

Sue entered private practice in 1998 and in addition has worked as a Psychologist in a community service agency, a Secondary school environment and for four and a half years in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services. In addition to her initial training as a psychologist, she completed a Graduate Diploma in Young People’s Mental Health and a Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis.
She provides counselling for a wide variety of personal and health related problems with children, adolescents and adults, including couples, and has a particular interest in the provision of assessment and therapy for children, adolescents and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders. She is accredited as a Case Manager with ISADD (Intervention Services for Autism and Developmental Delay).
Sue utilises clinically sound treatments that have been empirically demonstrated to be effective treatments, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focussed CBT, Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Eye Movement Desensitisation Re-Processing (EMDR) and Hypnosis.

Eric has been a Gippslander since moving here in 1980. He has studied Psychology and Business Management at Monash and Victoria Universities and proceeded to work as a Lecturer in Business Management and Marketing and as a Psychologist/Consultant in Private Practice and Community Services. This provides him with a unique perspective especially when dealing with clients who are looking for someone to have a quick understanding of their work situation and the variables that can impact an employee. Passionate about people becoming the best they can be and with a focus on personal, relationships and organisational change the move back into private practice recently was a natural fit.
Eric has over 20 years’ experience as a counsellor and is certified in ACT, CBT Coaching Psychology, as well as EMDR. Using evidence based therapeutic interventions to inform his day-to-day practice, a long history working in community services and with numerous corporates, Eric has a breadth of insight into where clients might find themselves in life and to link them to the appropriate supports, tools and strategies that will assist them change from where they are to where they want to be. Eric is solution focused in his work and his strength lies in working with clients to understand their situation and implement effective strategies and skills. Eric’s former clients include, CEOs of major organisations, Pensioners, senior executives, mums, dads, couples, ADF and emergency services personnel.
Eric has a keen interest in social preneurial pursuits including, how to generate employment for local people by bringing in money from outside the area through local enterprise initiatives. He is an author and has written a book on separation and divorce with an emphasis on the best outcomes for children and parents, which has been a passion for over a decade.

Laraine has been in practice as a teacher and psychologist for twenty nine years and prior to this was employed in the Victorian State Public Service. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree (1984) majoring in Psychology and Post Graduate qualifications (1987) from Monash University. She is a registered Guidance Officer (Ministry of Education, Victoria), Probation Officer, Relationship Counsellor, Family Therapist, Primary and Secondary Teacher, Parent Educator and Psychologist (M.A.P.S).
Laraine provides therapeutic/confidential/non-reportable post separation and divorce family counselling for Family Court/Federal Circuit Court family matters. She has worked in family law and the Family Court of Australia for over 30 years.

Steve has been a registered Psychologist for 25 years now, gaining extensive experience with the RAAF providing assessments and psychological support for Defence Force members. Since retiring from the Australian Public Service in 2015, he has been employed part-time as an Air Force Reserve Officer and has worked as a self-employed therapist at Intrepidy Centre for Counselling and Therapeutic Services. In 2017, Steve spent 6 months in Niger, West Africa supporting expatriate staff working with a Non-Government Organisation. Steve is able to provide psychological assessments, personal counselling and psychotherapy for clients with a range of personal and mental health concerns. He is trained and experienced with a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Solution Oriented Counselling and Hypnosis.
Specialist Counsellor
Ms Renalson commenced clinical practice in 1993 and is an Accredited Counsellor, Educator and specialises in Expressive Sand Play and Symbol Therapies. She is also a qualified counsellor in Grief, bereavement and Group Facilitation. Jay is experienced in working with children, adolescents and families and works in private practice.
Jay is a counsellor for the local Breast Cancer Support Group, and a member of the Australian Centre for Grief and Bereavement, The Australasian Society for Traumatic Stress Studies, the Breast Cancer Network of Australia and the Health Australian Creative Arts Therapy Association, membership pending.
